Synopsis :Rahne Sinclair, Illyana Rasputin, Sam Guthrie ja Roberto De Costa ovat neljä nuorta mutanttia, joita pidetään eristyssairaalassa psykiatrisessa seurannassa. Tohtori Cecilia Reyes uskoo, että nuoret ovat vaaraksi sekä itselleen että ympäröivälle yhteiskunnalle, joten samalla kun hän seuraa heitä tarkasti, hän yrittää opettaa heitä hallitsemaan mutanttivoimiaan. Kun uusi tulokas Danielle “Dani” Moonstar liittyy toisten potilaiden joukkoon, alkaa tapahtua kummia.
